of february. he's missed that deadline four times in five years. >>> news 4's angie goff has breaking news at the live desk. >> we've got incredible video of a box truck that's dangling off a highway in south florida. look at this rescue effort under way. fire and rescue workers are responding after a person was trapped in this truck. now, this accident happened about an hour and a half ago in fort lauderdale. details limited right now. but this is what we know. police said two people were in the truck when this crashed. you can see it's leaning into part of that pillar there. one of the people was able to get out. one person is still in that truck and we're hearing that that person is unresponsive. as for the person at the hospital, their condition is still unknown. what you're seeing right now is they're trying to tie up a rope to secure the truck and the plan is we're hearing from officials to bring a tow truck on scene. you can see the red tow truck. they're going to use the rope to pull the truck off that dangling ledge. a difficult procedure indeed and hoping for the best. from the l

comfortable temperatures this morning. 35 degrees, not bad. . happy birthday to my friend angie in minnesota. 35 degrees with a wind chill of 32. the wind out of the south southwest at 3 miles an hour. in the 30's. 32 in frederick and hagerstown, 36 in martinsburg. 30 in manassas this morning. annapolis, 34 degrees. 28 in lexington park. yesterday we made 42, pretty decent. the average high is 45. today we will about meet that mark. only an inch and a half of snowfall for the season. still more than 8 inches down for the season. i don't think we will add to that in the next seven days. temperatures this afternoon should be pretty comfortable. the cold air is starting to retreat a little up to the north. we are starting to see mild air pushing in. the jet stream changes a little. as you move through the day, the clouds begin to move out. on the satellite picture, you can see that we were cloudy and it's partly cloudy there. a storm system developing along the gulf coast and another coming in from the northwest will be headed our way. these systems will develop a coastal storm by friday. high-
